Steps

  1. 1

    In a clean bowl, add your flour and water to make a liquid solution

  2. 2

    Add your spices, seasonings chopped onions and scotch bonnet

  3. 3

    Mix well and heat your pan, add little oil and spread it.. allow it to fry and turn over. Enjoy
