boiled potato
onion 1 small chopped
1green chill
red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
garam masala 1 teaspoon
black pepper half teaspoon
to tastesalt
coriander leaves 1 tbsp chopped
oil to deep fry
flour
vermicelli
water to make batter

Steps

Mash boiled potatoes in a bowl add all ingredients in it and mix well. Take maida in a bowl and mix it with water to make a batter. (batter should not be too thick or thin)

Now make a medium size round balls on your palm. Make gentle thumb impression on middle of the ball. Dip this ball in maida batter and coat it in vermicelli. Fry it in hot oil fry till golden brown on both sides
