Steps

Roast half of the peanuts.

Grind the roasted peanuts in a mixer.

Add 2 tablespoons ghee in a pan and fry other half of the peanuts.

1 teaspoon jeera, grated adrak,chopped green chilli, boiled aloo (chopped) in the same pan after taking out the fried peanuts.

Now add sabudana, peanut powder, 1/2 teaspoon sugar, sendha namak and stir in high flame for 2 mins. Cover it with a lid in low flame. after 2 mins open the lid and stir again.

Garnish with coriander leaves, fried peanuts, lemon, pomegranat etc.
