Ingredients

  • 1 cupsabudana (6 hours soaked)
  • 1boiled aloo
  • 1/2 cupground peanut
  • 1/2 teaspoonsugar
  • as per tastesendha namak
  • 2green chillies
  • 1small piece ginger (grated)
  • 2 tablespoonsghee
  • 1 teaspoonjeera (cumin seeds)
  • as requiredPomegranate for garnish
  • 1lemon

Steps

  1. 1

    Roast half of the peanuts.

  2. 2

    Grind the roasted peanuts in a mixer.

    Add 2 tablespoons ghee in a pan and fry other half of the peanuts.

    1 teaspoon jeera, grated adrak,chopped green chilli, boiled aloo (chopped) in the same pan after taking out the fried peanuts.

    Now add sabudana, peanut powder, 1/2 teaspoon sugar, sendha namak and stir in high flame for 2 mins. Cover it with a lid in low flame. after 2 mins open the lid and stir again.

    Garnish with coriander leaves, fried peanuts, lemon, pomegranat etc.
