Steps

Take a container and put flour, maida, salt, ghee and mix it well

Knead the dough by adding water, try to make it soft and keep it aside for 10 mins

Now when the dough is a bit hard, divide it into small pieces and then flatten it on a chawki using belan. now make small papri using ring cutter or a glass. you can also make holes on papri using folk.

Now take a pan put oil and heat it and after that fry out the papdis in medium flame till golden crispy.

Now put papdis in a plate and put mashed potatoes,onion,curd, sauces, spices, chopped chilli,sev.

Padri chaat is ready to be served
