1carrot small
1 bowlcurd
2 pinchjeera powder
To tasteHimalayan Rock salt
2 pinchred chilli powder(if required)
2-3 leavescoriander for garnish

In a bowl take full of curd into it beat it very well till get smooth.

Grate beetroot and carrot add into curd bowl add jeera powder and salt red chilli powder..add coriander leaves to garnish it. Ready to serve with rice
