Gurasa is a traditional dish.. Especially for kano pple. I Luv it💕 serve wif veggies sauce and granded kuli kuli mixture.😋😋💃

In a clean bowl sieve flour, add yeast, salt, sugar, oil and mix thoroughly. Add warm water to form a soft and sticky dough.

Turn to a floured surface, knead for abt 10-15mins until it's becomes smooth and elastic. Place in a bowl and allow it to rest for abt 20-30mins.

Set a clean clay pot, let it be hot a little, cut a portion of the dough, flatten with yours palms and paste in the pot, check after 10-15mins, when it's done. Continue all process until u're done with the remaining dough.

Continue to flip over abt one or two more times until u desired your browness. Serve hot or warm enjoy with favourite dish.

Served with veggies sauce, and kuli kuli. Very delicious.. 💞😋
