  • 1/2 kgLauki
  • 1Pyaz
  • 1Tomato
  • 1 tbsGinger garlic paste
  • Salt
  • Red Chilli powder
  • Haldi
  • Oil

Steps

    Heat oil add onion fry till pink

  2. 2

    Add ginger garlic paste.

  3. 3

    Add tomato cook it well

  4. 4

    Now add all spices

  5. 5

    Now add lauki cubed cut. Add water and wait it's done wh

  6. 6

    When oil separates. Garnish with coriander

  7. 7

    Serve with chapati
