In a bowl add mayonnaise, salt,black pepper and sugar and mix them well.

Now add shimla mirch and gobi(you can also add carrots or any other veg that you like)boiled chicken and mix them.

Now take a slice a bread cut it's edges...then put bread slice in a watwr for 1 second then squeeze water from bread.

Now place 1 tsp of a chicken amd veg mixture and roll it...

For frying take bread roll dip in a beaten egg then coat it with crumbs and then fry...bread rolls are ready to eat.
