Take the bread slices and take the brown sides and then crumble the breads into fine.

Add milk and knead soft dough for making gulabjaamuns. Let it rest for ten mins

Till the dough rests make sugar syup for the gulabjaamuns adding sugar and cardamom powder

Knead the dough again and rub amongst palms and make gulabjaamun circles.

Heat the frying pan and put oil in it and fry the gulabjaamuns and dip them in lukewarm syrup o nce the golden brown colour.keep stirring after 5 mins so that the syrup is absorbed within
