Had a craving for fried yam and pancake and I thought why not add the flour and butter to the yam and tada...... This result.

Had a craving for fried yam and pancake and I thought why not add the flour and butter to the yam and tada...... This result.
Cooking Instructions

Peel your yam and cut into medium sizes, put in the pot and cook, but not overdone

Slice the yam to size of choice, add your salt, seasoning cube, pepper, eggs, melted butter and flour
- 3
Mix everything together and then fry with your groundnut oil until yam is brown.
