Soak sabudana for 4 hours in water and then drain water.

Peel boiled potato and cut in pieces. Coarsely crush peanuts.

Heat oil in a karahi and put cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter put cut pieces of potatoes and chopped green chilli in it and fry.

Now add soaked and drained sabudana and crushed Peanuts in it. Add salt, black pepper and chopped coriander leaves.

Transfer in a serving bowl and serve hot with cucumber Raita.
