Wash and boil potatoes,peel and smashed it. Chopped onion finely, wash and grind tomatoes make puree. Keep one kadhai on flame add oil in to the pan add cumin seeds roast little now add finely chopped onion fry till onion turned pink now add ginger garlic and green chilli paste roast till masala cooked properly or raw smell disappears now add tomatoes puree saute now add red chilli powder turmeric powder and 1 teaspoon pav bhaji masala mix altogether, add smashed potatoes mix all properly.

Now add capsicum pieces, add salt, lemon juice and sugar mix all cover the pan and cook for 5 minutes now add 1/2 teaspoon pav bhaji masala,and one tablespoon Butter mix and switch off the flame.

Now take bread slice apply prepared masala sprinkle grated cheese cover with another slice of the bread apply butter on top of the bread put it in sandwich maker butter side down and apply butter on front side shut down the sandwich maker and roast till crisp and golden. Serve with tomato ketchup and cheesy chipotle sauce
