Boil the chicken for 7 minutes with salt and drain the water and set aside.

In a cooking sufuria put four cups of water, salt and alil bit of oil. Let the water boil and then add the rice and lower the gas heat to lowest heat,cover and let cook for 15minutes.

Chop the spring onion, capsicum and spring tomatoes and set aside. Pre heat the pan with oil and pour onions and capsicum. Once golden brown add the white and black pepper, tumeric, cumin, coconut milk and alil bit of water and cover.

Serves 4 people. While plating serve the rice then top with curry and season with chillies
