In a bowl,add condense milk and cocoa powder

Whisk and add vanilla flavour to the mixture and refrigerate

In a mixing bowl,add whipped cream and whip on a high speed

Transfer to a bowl and pour the chocolate condense milk to it and mix(folding with a spatula)

Cover and refrigerate for 8 hrs or over night
