First we can soak moong overnight next day wash the green moong and and add Ginger green chilli jeera and pepper powder and grind it and keep aside for 10 minutes

In a bowl take a chopped onion, carrot and green Shimla Mirchi mix well and add chat masala and keep aside.. another bowl grade the paneer and keep aside.

Heat the tawa and apply ghee put the chilla batter after 30 seconds put the vegetable mixture and paneer and apply ghee and close and cook the chilla for 5 minutes... Paneer stuffed chilla is ready

The paneer stuffed chilla is ready it is so yummy the morning breakfast is very perfect and healthy
