Ingredients

1 cupwhite sorghum flour
as needed water
1/4 tspsalt

Take flour in thali, add salt and water to form dough. Knead dough till it become fluppy. Now make flat chapati by tapping on rolling board.
2

Heat clay tawa on high flame put chapati on it carefully and roast for 2 minutes now turn and roast another side for 2-3 minutes. Once again roast 1st side for 1 minute.
