Narkel chhap Sandesh Coconut Sandesh

Narkel chhap Sandesh is a traditional Bengali sweet specially made in Bijaya Dashami and Kojagori Lakshmi puja celebration. This sweet is generally made with coconut paste so that you will get coconut flavour but you won't find any trace of coconut flakes in this sweet recipe. Traditionally "narkel chhap Sandesh" mould gives the special shape in this sandesh recipe. Some people make it in Chandrapuli shape also. If you will buy this sweet from sweet shop you will get flavour of edible camphour in this. Some use yellow food colour. But in my version of Narkel chhap Sandesh you don't need to use camphour or food colour at all and also my recipe is refined sugar free. let's start.
