In Paneer cubes add 1/4 teaspoon black pepper power, salt, ginger garlic paste and leave for 5 mins. Add 1 teaspoon maida and mix well

Deep fry cubes in medium flame till golden brown

In a pan with 2 tablespoon oil add chopped ginger, green chilli, garlic and saute for 1 min in high flame. Add the paneer with diced onions and capsicum in the pan.

Add tomato ketchup, red chilli sauce, soya sauce, 1/4 tsp salt, sugar.Cook for 3 to 4 mins in high flame while stiring. Add 4 to 5 teaspoon water while stirring.

Switch off flame and add vinegar 1 table spoon.
