Remove skin of bitter gourd and potato. Cut into slice. Now spread bitter guard in a plate sprinkle salt and leave it 1/2.Now wash and spread potato slice in another plate sprinkle salt and besan mix well and fry. till it sounds crispy. Squeeze bitter gourd slice properly and remove water. Sprinkle besan mix properly and fry like potato slice.

Take a flat pan add oil asafoetida and sesame seeds cashew nuts kiss miss saute for a minute. Add potato chips and bitter guard chips. Pinch salt dry mango powder turmeric powder cumin coriander powder red chilli powder. Lastly add jaggery mix properly. Saute 2-3min and turn off flame.

Serve in a bowl with roti and aamras. Delicious tastyKaju Karela subji is ready to serve.
