Dhebra is a gujarati dish,made of bajri atta by mixing methi leaves and many masalas
Bajri has a full of nutritional value. It is also called pearl millet.Bajri is rich in protein, minerals and fiibre.
DHEBRA's taste is so delicious that we don't required anything with it,but still can be eaten with curd,dhania chutney , sauce,butter etc

DHEBRA's taste is so delicious that we don't required anything with it,but still can be eaten with curd,dhania chutney , sauce,butter etc

First of all make a paste of ginger, garlic and chillies in a mixer and keep ready. Properly wash the methi leaves and then chop it. Chop the coriander leaves.

Now, In a large bowl add bajri flour,wheat flour, methi leaves,fresh coriander leaves turmeric powder, red chilli powder powder, coriander powder, sesame seeds, sugar,cooking oil, ginger garlic and chilli paste.

Then mix everything with hands properly.

After that start kneading the dough by adding the curd as much required. Approximately 1/2 of curd is required.

Now after that cover the dough and let it rest for 10 to 15 minutes

After that knead the dough again to make soft and smooth dough.Dough is ready to make DHEBRA.

Heat the tawa on medium flame.With the help of dry chapati flour start making the dhebra

Take a portion of dough, dip it into the dry flour and gently roll it in a round shape like roti.

Your tawa is ready, apply oil on the whole tawa then put the dhebra on the tawa. Roast the dhebra properly by applying oil on both the sides of dhebra. Dhebra will turn little brownish. Prepare between medium to high flame. (Oil for to be used as per the need)

Same way divide the dough into equal portions and make the dhebras.Dhebras are ready to eat.
