In a pot or wok (ideal for stir frying), put little oil and fry the veges whilst stirring for one minute so as not to soften the vegetables.

Take out the vegetables but leave whatever oil is still in the pot (it has some flavor). Pour water and cook the noodles as usual. When it is half done, put in the chicken and potatoes

When the noodles are cooked and seasoned, take off the fire and pour in the vegetables.
