    Piyaaz laal karay half nikal day us na chicken daal day lasan adrak dahi sham masala dal kar tayaar kaarlay chicken..

    Phir us ma stove band kaar kay tomato hara dhania podina hari mircha ma chat masala daal kar us qorma ma daal day

    Phir chawal boil kaarlay us ma sara gram masala daal day..chalwal 2 kani hogay to chaan lay phir chawal ki layer day phir qorma phir chawal ki layer upper sa ghee zarda ke rang or garam masala daal kaar dam paar rakh day for 15 min.. biryani is ready
