Fry 1 egg per jaffle as round as you can, I prefer using an egg pan and breaking the yellow. Little under done helps or it might be rubbery

Grate 1 smoked vienna per jaffle. Grate some white cheddar as well

Add grated viennas and cheese to bowl, add some chutney and mix well.

Add a spoonful of the mixture on the bread and put the egg on top. Cook over a low heat.
