Heat the oil in a large frying pan over a medium heat

Fry the onions until softened

Add the chicken and paprika and fry for 2 minutes

Add the mushrooms and pepper and fry for 1 minute more

Stir in the stock and the seasoning

Bring to the boil

Add the pasta and cover with a lid. DO NOT COOK THE PASTA BEFOREHAND

Reduce the heat and simmer gently for about 20 minutes, until the chicken is fully cooked and the pasta is tender

Stir in the soured cream
