Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlsingh aata
  2. 2boil potato
  3. 2 tbsp thick curd
  4. 1/2 tbspsugar
  5. To tasteSalt
  6. 1 tspblack pepper powder
  7. 1 tspred chilli powder
  8. As requiredChopped coriander leaves
  9. 2 tbsppure ghee

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly take a bowl add aata ghee spices mix it add curd,sugar make a soft dough and rest for 10 minit

  2. 2

    Patato mash it add all spices and crushed peanut and mix it

  3. 3

    Make a small bolls and fill in masala and close it

  4. 4

    Heat the oil and fry it both sides

  5. 5

    Your tikki is ready to eat
