Pre heat oven, mine at 180deg, but I used charcoal jiko

Mix flour and baking powder and sift

Cream butter n sugar till light and fluffy

Add an egg at a time while mixing

Add in half the flour and start folding

Add in the lemon rind and juice and mix a little

Add the remaining flour and fold, but do not overmix

In a greased pan,pour in the batter and then to the oven

Bake for 30 min then check, if done remove from heat if not let it cook more

Remove from heat, let it cool in pan for 10min then transfer the cake to a plate
