  2. 1/4 cupcurd
  3. 1-2chopped green chilli
  4. 1/2 cupCoriander leaves
  5. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  6. 1/2 tspCoriander powder
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 1 tbspOil
  9. 1/4 cupbesan
  10. 1 tbspwheatflour
  11. 1 tbspOil shallow frying the tikkis
  12. Black salt for sprinkling
  13. Coriander leaves ������ for garnishing

    In one bowl add leftover rice, wheat flour, besan, oil, red chilli powder, Coriander powder Coriander leaves, curd, salt, chopped green chilli

    Make the dough

    Make the tikkis from it, heat the oil in pan, Place tikkis in the pan and shallow fry on law flame till they turn golden brown on both the sides

    Tikkis are ready sprinkle chaat masala, black salt over it, garnish with coriander leaves,served with tomato sauce
