Steps

Dry roast the sooji on low medi flame until light golden remove on a plate

In another pan add ghee once ghee melts add sugar and water also add cardamom powder and saffron mix well

Keep mixing on medium flame until sugar dissolves bring mixture to a boil in high heat continue boiling 2 minutes

Add roasted sooji keep mixing keep flame low cook until sooji absorbs all ghee and sugar syrup and a dough ball is formed
- 5
Pour mixture in greased thali cool 5 minutes then apply cuts remove the pieces after 2 to 3 hours
