Mix flour in a bowl, add salt and knead soft dough after adding a little water and keep it aside for 15 minutes.

Peel and wash the potatoes and grated then place it on a cloth and squeeze all the water with the help of hands.

Take out the potatoes in a bowl and then add black pepper powder, capsicum, carrot, green chilli and finely chopped onion salt to taste and mix it well.

Once again knead the kneaded flour and make small dough.

Apply a little dry flour and roll out the round poori very thin.

Keep a spoonful of stuffing and make the shape of momos as per your choice.

Cook the prepared momos in steam for about 10-12 minutes.

Our Potato Momos is ready. Serve hot Potato Momos with chutney.
