Boil potatoes,green,beans, cauliflower and carrot in pressure cooker.

Take boiled vegetables in a bowl and mash them. Now add grated beetroot, Ginger, garlic and chilli paste, jeera powder, chaat masala, salt, coriander leaves, bread crumbs and Mix it gently.

Make equal size small oval balls or round balls of the mixture and Insert the ice cream stick in each ball and press well.

Keep in refrigerator for an hour. Remove them from refrigerator.

Before frying potato Lollypop roll over the suji.

Deep fry till crispy and golden. Take out on a absorbent paper to remove the excess oil from it.

Served hot with tomato ketchup and green chutney.
