These are crispy fried potato croquettes and are perfect appetizers in parties or simply enjoy them with tea.They are crunchy from outside and soft melt in mouth from inside and tastes delicious.

These are crispy fried potato croquettes and are perfect appetizers in parties or simply enjoy them with tea.They are crunchy from outside and soft melt in mouth from inside and tastes delicious.

Steam cabbage and wring out all moisture in a strainer.Steam cubed potatoes and mash it.Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan.Add chopped onion and chopped beans.Stir fry.Mix mashed potato with cabbage,carrot,ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder,chopped coriander,salt and sugar to taste and garam masala.Add this lump to the frying onion and beans and toss all.Add gram flour and toss till mix is dry.Remove from heat.

Knead with some more gram flour or breadcrumbs if needed.Divide dough into equal balls.Then shape into croquettes.Make a slurry of cornflour or maida Dip the rolls in it and coat with crumbs.Dip again in slurry and double coat in crumbs to get crispy potato veg croquettes.Refrigerate for an hour before frying.

Heat oil in a pan and fry potato croquettes in batches till crispy.Serve hot with salad and hot and sweet tomato sauce.
