Aaloo Paratha with doodh patti

Knead flour with warm water and little bit salt, set aside.

Put salt, red chilli powder, garam masala and crushed mint leaves and mix to make a dry mixture.

Take 2 small round balls of kneaded dough flatten it spread potatoes mixture and cover it with another flate roti of dough. Put it on preheated tawa.

Cook from both sides by using oil till crispy. Cut and serve with dodh patti.
