My husband knew a lady that made this all the time. Mrs. Boushaw. We call it "Boushaw dip"

Very simple and easy to make. Ingredient amounts were never measured. It was always made to taste and depending on how many people you were serving at that time.

One of the most versatile dips I've made! You can litterally use this in just about anything! Not only is it a great dip but I toss it with pasta, used it on my quesadilla and added it to a green smoothie! :positive

Light and colorful

It's a dip that we use at every party or for appetizers before dinner. Goes great with veggies and super simple to make. You can find the vegetable mix in the soup isle. It's great leftover too. And also is very cost effective, but is the best dip I've ever had.

So this is pretty much an olive cheese ball. It's just one of those things I've always had since childhood. I remember my mom making it with sliced olives, but I like chopped better because I think it distributes the flavors more evenly.
