  • 1 tablespoonsugar
  • 1/3 teaspoonsalt
  • 1big persimmon
  • 1 tablespoonmayonnaise

Steps

    This is Japanese persimmon. Any persimmon is ok.

    Shred carrot and put in vinegar mixture and keep in refrigerator go a day.
