Put the flour in a clean container

Add a pinch of salt to the flour

Add oil and water

Mix the ingredients to make the dou

Diced the onions, carrots cabbage and pepper

Add the veggies, seasoning and salt with a little oil to the minced meat and fry for 5 minutes

Cut the dou into small pieces

Use rolling pin to smooth the dou,add fill in and roll

Fry deeply in oil
