Sugarfree Healthy Roll

Roast poppy seeds, almonds & Cashews flakes, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, & watermelon seeds separately on Very slow flame.

Cook chopped dates,digs & apricots on slow flame with ghee in a pan till murges well all 3 ingredients and forms soft dough.

Transfer the mixture on butter or any plastic sheet or parchment paper and knead it to make more soft & shinny dough make 3- equal portions and roll it long with palm. Roll 1- roll on roasted poppy seeds to so that poppy seeds sticks well on roll, Similarly roll 2nd on pumpkin, sunflower & watermelon seeds coarsely ground powder and on 3rd one stick silver leaf. Cut with knife in equal size roll and serve in a plate.
