  2. 1 lbItalian sausage
  3. 4 clovesgarlic
  4. 1med onion
  5. 1big can whole tomatoes
  6. 1 cantomato sauce
  7. 1 cupswater
  8. 2beef bouillon cubes
  9. 1 canred kidney beans
  10. 1 canblack beans
  11. 1/4 cgreen pepper
  12. 2 tspsalt
  13. 2 tsporegano
  14. 2 tspchili powder
  15. .5 tspred pepper flakes
  16. 1bay leaf

  1. 1

    Combined first four ingredients in instapot. Brown meat; drain off fat. Add next 12 ingredients. Stir to blend; cover and simmer 5-6 hours. Remove bay leaf. Serve with cheddar cheese and sour cream.
