Ingredients

3 servings
  • 1/4kl chicken breast boneless
  • 12 pcsquail eggs
  • 3 pcschicken liver
  • 1bell pepper
  • 1chinese pechay
  • 10 pcsyoung corn
  • 1caulliflower
  • 1 tspbrown sugar
  • 1 tbspall purpose flour
  • 2 tbspolive oil
  • 1/2beef knorr cubes
  • 15 pcssnowpeas
  • 1medium carrot
  • 2 tbspoyster sauce
  • Pepper
  • PinchSalt
  • 2 tbspSoy

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the quail eggs until cooked. Remove the cover.

  2. 2

    Blanch the caulliflower, carrots, and snowpeas. Set aside.

  3. 3

    Cook the chicken breast separate pan with olive oil. Add beef cube and 2 tbsp of soy sauce.

  4. 4

    Add the chiken liver until cooked.

  5. 5

    Add the water from blanching vegies and bring to boil.

  6. 6

    Add the young corn and bell pepper

  7. 7

    Add oyster sauce, pepper, sugar and quail eggs.

  8. 8

    Add the remaining vegies. After a minute, dilute the flour in a half cup of water and add to the pan.

  9. 9

    Bring to boil. Do not overcok the vegies. Add salt to taste.

  10. 10

    Ready to serve.

i have gerd thay's why i want to discover recipes that are gerd friendly (if possible, food without onions, garlic, tomatoes, and less oil). but sometimes i cook (not gerd friendly food) accdg to my mood (for my husband)😂
