Marinade beef with, salt, white pepper, cooking wine,oil, sesame oil&corn starch set a side. Cut pieces the pineapple, keep the water for later use.

Make hot wok and sauteed beef until cooked, take a way set a side. Fry garlic until a bit yellow then put back beef and pineapple. Stir for 5second then add some pineapple water, oyster sauce stir for few second. Then mix corn starch with water, pour it stir a while until the sauce become creamy. Off the fire, ready to serve.
