Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 50 gramsdel monte pasta
  2. 3 cansflakes in oil tuna
  3. 1/4beef cubes
  4. PinchSalt
  5. 1 canmushroom
  6. leavesBasil
  7. 1 tspbrown sugar
  8. 2 tbspolive oil

Cooking Instructions

    Cook the pasta.

    Drain the tuna.

  3. 3

    Wash the mushroom with hot water and drain.

  4. 4

    In a pan, put the mushroom with 1/8 cup of water and beef cube.

  5. 5

    Add olive oil when there's no water and continue to cook the mushroom.

    Add the tuna.

    Add basil leaves, sugar and salt.

  8. 8

    Mix the pasta and the ingredients.

  9. 9

    Ready to serve.

i have gerd thay's why i want to discover recipes that are gerd friendly (if possible, food without onions, garlic, tomatoes, and less oil). but sometimes i cook (not gerd friendly food) accdg to my mood (for my husband)😂
