Take all Ingredients ready.Now dry roast the gram flour for five with continued stirring. Melt the ghee till hot.

Now make a mixture of roasted gram flour and ghee without lumps.make a one string sugar syrup.

Now mix the mixture of ghee and flour on syrup and continue stir in medium flame for 10 minute till it sides become white and it start removing ghee.add 2 spoon ghee while adding the mixture on sugar syrup.

Transfer the mysore pak in any greased mould or silicon mould.Garnish with pistachios and let it cool for 1 hr.Now make a cut on it smoothly.
