Daal kachori or paratha

Add all ingredient in the lentil mix and keep aside for leter

Now take a bowl add flour,oil,salt mix and knead like a soft dough with the water and make small balls

Take a ball. Flatten on a surface add some lentil mixture secure side andflatten again like kachori

Heat oil and deep fry and take out on kitchen papr. Kachori is ready😌

Now make medium size balls.. Flatten them take 1. Add some mixture spread and cover with another chapati

Roll it with the rolling pin like paratha

Fry both sides until golden brown

Leftover lentil filling paratha and kachoriyan is ready serve with pickle,sauce salad and a hot cup of tea.enjoy🤗
