Ingredients

  • 1chopped onion
  • 2chopped cloves garlic
  • 3 tspmild curry
  • 500 gbeef mince
  • 1 canred kidney beans
  • to tasteSalt and pepper
  • Additions
  • 3 tspmedium curry powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry onion, garlic and curry till the onions are soft.

    Add mince and fry till cooked well.

    Pour straight from can into the pot the red kidney beans. Simmer for 15 minutes till the beans marry with the curry.

    Add salt and pepper to taste

I believe in quick, full of fibre meals. I love vegetables. I cannot cook for one. Rocket is my favourite herb. Beef is the winner but I’ve drastically cut down.Health is wealth (I try)Again, I believe in quick meals.
