Ingredients

  • 2large cucumber
  • 1/2 teaspoonground turmeric
  • 1 cupapple cider vinegar
  • 1 cupwater
  • 3/4 cupsugar
  • 2 teaspoonpink Himalayan salt

Steps

    Heat the vinegar, sugar, and water. Peel leaving strips of peeling on. Cut into circles.

    Boil the cucumber slices in the vinegar solution. Add the salt. Measure your turmeric. Boil 10 minutes.

    Add the turmeric and boil 2 minutes. Add the pickled cucumber to a bowl then pour the vinegar solution over the cucumber. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Serve I hope you enjoy!!
