  • Whole chicken
  • Garlic
  • Onion
  • Ginger
  • to tasteSalt
  • Soysauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate the chicken using garlic ginger,onions and soysauce also salt let it stay for one hour or so

  2. 2

    Put the meat in a cooking pan and let it cook add water

  3. 3

    Let it cook till the water is dried up

  4. 4

    Serve with ugalii
