2 punnetsstrawberries
1 handfulfresh mint leaves
1 1/2 litreswater
1 1/4 cupsugar
Frozen berries

Steps

Liquidise strawberries with water and sugar in a blender.

Strain into a jug. Blend the mint leaves with 1 litre water and a 1/4 cup sugar and strain.
3

Mix together, freeze and serve chilled with some frozen berries.
