Steps

  1. 1

    Wash fish thoroughly with potash n water,rinse and boil d fish with knorr cube onions and potash to give it taste,and set aside

  2. 2

    In d same pot,boil n fry onions and blended tomatoes n pepper add seasoning and herbs,add b boiled fish and allow it to simmer for 3-5minutes n serve
