Ingredients

  • 4over ripe bananas
  • 180 gflour
  • 125 mloil
  • 1 teaspooncinnamon
  • 1 1/2 teaspoonbaking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonbaking soda
  • Sunflower or pumpkin seeds for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat your oven to 180 degrees.Mash the bananas

    Add the oil and mix

    Sift in the flour,spices and baking powder and soda

    Fold in and put it in a baking tin lined with parchment paper.garnish with seeds on top bake for 35 minutes and serve when cool
