Steps

Cut veggies in small pieces and rinse it 2-3 times.

Take a pan and firstly saute ginger paste till getting brown then add chopped onions and tomato and green chilli. Add all spices and saute masala.

Add veggies and mix it well.

Cover it with the help of plate and let the flame at low. Change it's side after 5 -5 minutes till getting soft. At last sprinkle black pepper powder.
