Kulchas dough was made with lil maida and sooji(1:3)
1/2 cup milk 1 cup yogurt, 1/2 tbsp baking powder, salt and ajwain..
Knead the dough with warm water..
Rest it for 1 hour by covering the dough with cloth! - 2
After 1 hour take out the portion and roll it..
Stuffing was of boiled peas potatoes and cheese ! All masalas and ginger garlic paste! Stuffed the kulcha and cook it with coriander on top.

Pressure cook choley with for 20 25 mins on medium flame. in a pan pout 1tbsp oil put roughly chopped onions saute them for 4 5 mins tomatoes ginger garlic and saute them. Let them cool and grind it. Again in a pan add one tsp oil and put grinded paste and cook it.. add boiled chana. Now boil half cup water add 1 tbsp tea and boil and add this water in our choley.
Choley was also made in less oil with lods of ginger garlic!! - 4
Kulcha choley is ready serve hot!🌮🌮
